Providing not just housing, but opportunity to thrive.

Cyan House is building on the foundation of prior transitional housing structures with proven success in helping residents address a single purpose - shelter. This was done in the form of sober living houses, half-way houses, quarter-way houses, group homes, foster homes, and other facilities.

Cyan is seeking to further the mission of addressing the demand of housing for at-risk populations, this includes individuals in recovery, individuals aging out of the foster care system, and young adults experiencing housing insecurity.

Sober Living Homes

A sober living house model founded on the principal of being self-ran, self-sufficient, and tough love rules for expulsion. The homes are structured with no time limit for residency - this is intended to remove the stress of housing insecurity so residents can focus on recovery and growth.

Emerging Adult Homes

Our purpose is to provide transitional housing and services to bridge the gap between foster care system housing and independent living. These homes are structured for individuals in the age range of 17 to 23 years. The homes are structured with no time limit for residency outside of the age requirement, so residents can focus on development and self-sufficiency.

Transient Young Adult Homes

Our purpose is to provide transitional housing and services to bridge the gap between homelessness (including recent release from imprisonment for non-violent offenses) and independent living. These homes are structured for individuals in the age range of 18 to 25 years. The homes are structured with no time limit for residency outside of the age requirement, so residents can focus on development and overcoming re-entry hurdles.

“Everyone deserves a nice, positive, and stable place to call home where they can work focus on self development.”
